Step-by-step: how custom logo engraving works
1) Choose your glass
Start with a made-to-order blank that fits the gift:

2) Send your logo
Email artwork to dwunkcreation@gmail.com. Include:
- Quantity
- Need-by / event date
- Placement notes (face placement preferences)
- Shipping destination
- Business or event name if relevant
Artwork specs that engrave cleanly:
- Preferred: vector (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF with outlines)
- Also OK: high-resolution PNG with transparent background when possible
- Contrast: laser engraving is typically a single-tone matte mark — designs should work as black/white high-contrast art
- Line thickness: keep fine lines and tiny text readable at glass size

3) Review your free digital proof
You’ll get one free digital mockup, typically within 1 business day of usable artwork. The proof shows placement and scale on the glass style you ordered.
Reply with an explicit Approve (or ask about paid extra revisions if you need changes). There are no free revisions after that initial free proof. We do not start engraving until you approve.
This is the step that protects spelling, logo crop, and placement. After Approve, customer typos in the approved design aren’t a return reason — so read the proof carefully.
4) Prepaid before production
Orders are prepaid before production begins (after proof approval). Production does not start on a handshake alone.
5) We engrave and pack in California, USA
Your logo is laser-engraved on the face. A Dwunk Creation logo is engraved on the back/bottom. Production after proof approval is typically 1–3 business days. Transit time is additional.
Rush: $15 — we aim to complete within 24 hours after proof approval when capacity allows. Confirm rush when you first email artwork and share the hard deadline.
Honest capacity note: we are a small California studio. Quality comes first. Peak seasons and large wholesale runs may need more planning time — share dates early.
6) Ships to you
Tracking is provided. Free US shipping on orders $99+ — applied automatically at checkout.

Care, returns, and the Dwunk mark
- Care: Hand-wash only — not dishwasher-safe. Warm water, mild soap, soft cloth; avoid abrasive sponges and dishwashers.
- Returns: Custom / MTO logo pieces made after you approve a digital proof are final sale (no change-of-mind or customer-typo returns). If we miss the approved proof, or an item arrives damaged/defective, contact promptly with photos — we’ll make it right (typically remake or replacement).
- Mark: Engraved in the USA, California; Dwunk Creation logo on the back/bottom.
