Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Dwunk Creation. This policy applies to all Dwunk Creation products — laser-engraved drinkware and related goods, including whiskey glasses, rocks glasses, stemless wine glasses, slate and wood coasters, cutting / charcuterie boards, and custom / logo orders. It is not limited to slate coasters.
Free shipping on orders $99+ — enter code FreeShip99 at checkout.
Processing / production time
Catalog orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
Made-to-order / custom logo / bulk:
- MOQ: 1 for MTO glasses and coasters
- Proof: digital proof within 1 business day of usable artwork
- Production: typically 1–3 business days after proof approval (transit is additional)
- Rush: available for $15 — we aim to complete within 24 hours after proof approval (confirm when you email artwork)
Engraving does not start until you approve your digital proof. Share your need-by date if you have a hard deadline. Choosing faster shipping does not shorten production time unless rush is confirmed.
Shipping methods & delivery time
We offer standard shipping via USPS for orders within the United States.
Estimated carrier transit after the order ships is typically 2–5 business days within the US. Transit estimates are separate from production time and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Track via USPS using the number provided.
Shipping costs & FreeShip99
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
FreeShip99: On orders with a qualifying subtotal of $99+, enter code FreeShip99 at checkout for free shipping. The code is required (not applied automatically).
If you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO, or internationally, contact us before ordering so we can confirm rates and eligibility.
Packaging (all product types)
We pack fragile glassware (whiskey, rocks, wine) and coasters carefully to reduce breakage in transit. Protective wrap and sturdy boxing are used for glass; coasters are packed to protect engraved faces.

International shipping
We ship to select international destinations — contact us to confirm your country. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees. International times vary and may take longer.
Damage, breakage, defects
Please inspect your order on delivery. If something arrives damaged, or if we made an engraving error versus your approved proof / a clear manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging (and packing materials when possible). Keep packaging until the claim is resolved if the carrier needs it.
We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it — typically a remake or replacement for confirmed transit damage or maker error. Custom engraving remains final sale for change-of-mind and customer typos after approval. See our refund policy for make-right details.
