Thank you for shopping with Dwunk Creation. Engraving is done at our California / Dwunk Creation studio (USA).

Custom / logo engraving — final sale after proof approval

Once engraved to your approved design, made-to-order and custom logo items are made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, preference, or customer spelling / artwork errors after proof approval.

MTO / custom retail MOQ is 1 for glasses and coasters.

We do not engrave until you reply with an explicit Approve on your free initial digital proof. Please check spelling, layout, and placement carefully before approving.

Quality & shipping care (make-right)

We inspect each piece before it ships and pack glass carefully. If you receive a defective item, breakage from transit, or an engraving that does not match your approved proof, contact dwunkcreation@gmail.com promptly after delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packing materials when possible

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, engraving error versus the approved proof, or transit damage, we will make it right — typically with a replacement or another fair remedy.

Please keep packaging until the claim is resolved in case the carrier needs it.

Customer typos, change-of-mind, or preference after proof approval are not covered.

Non-custom / catalog items

For non-custom catalog items, email dwunkcreation@gmail.com before returning anything. We will confirm whether a return or exchange is available for your order.

Timing reminders (custom / MTO)

  • Free initial digital proof typically within 1 business day of usable artwork
  • Production typically 1–3 business days after proof approval
  • Rush available for $15 — within 24 hours after proof approval (ask when you email artwork)

Additional proof revisions after the free initial proof may be available — ask when you email.

Product care

Engraved glass: hand-wash only (not dishwasher-safe). Please review product details carefully before purchase.
