How it works
- Upload or type. Type his name, initials, a date or a short message, or upload your own artwork.
- See a mock. The proof tool shows a preview on the glass you picked, right in your browser.
- Approve the proof. We send a free digital proof, usually within 1 business day of usable artwork. Nothing gets engraved until you approve it.
- We engrave. Production takes 1–3 business days after approval, then your order ships from our California studio.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Made-to-order glasses start at a quantity of 1, so one perfect glass is just fine.
How fast can I get it?
Your free digital proof usually arrives within 1 business day of usable artwork, and production takes 1–3 business days after you approve it. Cutting it close? Rush is $15 for next-business-day production after approval.
Do you charge for shipping?
US orders of $99 or more ship free. It’s applied automatically at checkout, so there’s no code to remember.
Can I return a custom glass?
Because every piece is made to order, custom items are final sale once you approve the proof. That’s exactly why the proof comes first, so take a minute to check names, spelling and dates before you say yes.
