- See a mock. The proof tool shows a preview on the glass you picked, right in your browser.
- Approve the proof. We send a free digital proof, usually within 1 business day of usable artwork. Nothing gets engraved until you approve it.
- We engrave. Production takes 1–3 business days after approval, then your order ships from our California studio.

Can every glass have a different name?
Yes. Each glass is engraved to order, so names and roles can change across the set. Email us the full list of names and roles with your order so we have everything we need for your proof.
Can I order just one, for the best man?
Absolutely. The made-to-order minimum is 1.
How early should I order?
Your free digital proof usually arrives within 1 business day of usable artwork, and production takes 1–3 business days after approval, plus shipping time. Leave yourself some breathing room before the wedding. If the date sneaks up on you, rush is $15 for next-business-day production after approval.
Do you charge for shipping?
US orders of $99 or more ship free. It’s applied automatically at checkout, so there’s no code to remember.
Can I return a custom glass?
Because every piece is made to order, custom items are final sale once you approve the proof. That’s exactly why the proof comes first, so take a minute to check names, spelling and dates before you say yes.
