How a corporate gift order works
- Send your logo. Email artwork to dwunkcreation@gmail.com with glass style, quantity, need-by date, placement notes, and shipping destination. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF with outlines) engrave sharpest; a high-resolution PNG is also OK.
- Approve a free digital proof. You get a free initial digital proof, typically within 1 business day of usable artwork. We don’t engrave until you reply Approve.
- We engrave in California. Production is typically 1–3 business days after proof approval (transit is additional). A Dwunk Creation logo is engraved on the back/bottom of each piece.
- We ship. Tracking is provided. Free US shipping on orders $99+.

Planning tips for client gifts
- Share your date early. Put your hand-off or event date in the first email so we can confirm a realistic timeline. Rush is available when capacity allows; ask when you email artwork.
- Keep the artwork simple. Laser engraving is a permanent, single-tone mark, so logos should work as high-contrast black/white art. We flag very thin lines and tiny text on the proof.
- Start with one if you’re unsure. Made-to-order retail MOQ is 1, so you can order a single glass before a larger run.
- Include a care note. Dwunk Creation engraved glassware is hand-wash only (not dishwasher-safe).

Why engraving instead of print
