How custom logo engraving works
- Choose your glass — Start with our made-to-order Twisted Whiskey Glass 10oz, Collectables Rocks Glass 11oz, or other bulk/collection options.
- Send your logo — Email artwork to dwunkcreation@gmail.com or WhatsApp 1-626-371-3722 with quantity, need-by date, placement notes, and shipping destination.
- Review your free digital proof — You’ll get one free digital mockup. Reply with an explicit Approve. There are no free revisions after that initial free proof; additional proof revisions may be available — ask. We don’t start engraving until you approve.
- Prepaid before production — Production starts after proof approval and prepaid payment.
- We engrave & pack in California, USA — Your logo on the face; a Dwunk Creation logo is engraved on the back/bottom of products.
- Ships to you — Tracking provided. Free shipping on qualifying orders $99+ with code FreeShip99.
Minimums, timing & rush
- MTO / custom retail MOQ: 1 (glasses and coasters) — no hard minimum above 1 for standard made-to-order logo pieces.
- Wholesale MOQ: 12 pieces at 30% off retail (separate from MTO MOQ 1 — ask us if you’re ordering as wholesale).
- Digital proof: Free — typically within 1 business day of usable artwork.
- Production after proof approval: typically 1–3 business days (transit is additional).
- Rush: $15 — we aim to complete within 24 hours after proof approval (confirm when you email artwork).
Honest note: Dwunk Creation is a one-person California studio. We prioritize quality. Share your event date early so we can confirm a realistic timeline.
Artwork / file specs
- Preferred: vector (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF with outlines)
- Also OK: high-resolution PNG with transparent background when possible
- Contrast: laser engraving is typically a single-tone frosted mark — designs should work as black/white high-contrast artwork
- Line thickness: keep fine lines and tiny text readable at glass size — we’ll flag anything too thin on the proof

Samples
A paid physical sample is available. Sample price is the same as the 1-unit retail price for that product. If you approve and proceed with a qualifying bulk order, the sample cost credits toward that bulk order.

Is the digital proof free?
Yes — the initial digital proof for made-to-order / logo work is free. Typical timing: within 1 business day of usable artwork. There are no free revisions after that initial free proof. Additional proof revisions may be available — ask.
Can I get free proof revisions?
No. After the initial free digital proof, there are no free revisions. Additional proof revisions may be available — ask.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MTO / custom retail: MOQ 1. Wholesale: MOQ 12 at 30% off retail. Tell us which path you’re on when you inquire.
How long does production take after I approve my design?
Typically 1–3 business days after proof approval, then shipping transit. Rush available for $15 — within 24 hours after proof approval when capacity allows.
Can I get a physical sample?
Yes — paid physical samples are available. The sample price is the same as the 1-unit retail price for that product. If you approve and place a qualifying bulk order, the sample cost credits toward that order.
Do I pay before production?
Yes. Orders are prepaid before production begins (after proof approval).
Can I return a custom / logo order?
Custom and MTO logo pieces made after you approve a digital proof are final sale (no return for change-of-mind or customer typos after approval). If we miss the approved proof, or an item arrives damaged/defective, contact us promptly with photos — we’ll make it right (typically remake or replacement). See our refund policy.
Where is engraving done? Is there a Dwunk mark on the glass?
All engraving is done in the USA, California. A Dwunk Creation logo is engraved on the back/bottom of products.
Is laser engraving dishwasher-safe?
Care for our engraved glass is hand-wash only (not dishwasher-safe).
