This glass is engraved in a California studio (USA). It isn’t a warehouse stock item. Place your order, then send artwork — we don’t engrave until you approve your proof.

How it works

  1. Order this glass — MTO / custom retail MOQ is 1.
  2. Send your logo — Email dwunkcreation@gmail.com. Include quantity, need-by date, placement notes, and shipping destination.
  3. Free initial digital proof — Typically within 1 business day of usable artwork. Reply with an explicit Approve. No free revisions after that first proof; additional revisions may be available — ask.
  4. Prepaid before production — Engraving starts after proof approval and prepaid payment.
  5. We engrave & pack — Typically 1–3 business days after proof approval. Rush $15 — within 24 hours after proof approval (confirm when you email artwork). Your logo on the face; Dwunk Creation logo on the back/bottom.
  6. Ships to you — Tracking provided. Free shipping on orders $99+ with code FreeShip99 at checkout.

Custom / MTO logo pieces are final sale after you approve your design — no returns for change of mind, preference, or customer spelling errors after proof approval.

We still make it right for maker miss or transit damage: If you receive a defective item, breakage from transit, or an engraving that does not match your approved proof, contact dwunkcreation@gmail.com promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, the shipping box, and packing materials when possible. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, engraving error versus the approved proof, or transit damage, we will make it right — typically with a replacement or another fair remedy. Please keep packaging until the claim is resolved in case the carrier needs it.
